Discussion Topics:  General overview of the ethical duties and responsibilities of attorneys to plan for death, disability due to ethical and non-ethical violations; model orders under Rules 220 and 221; and malpractice concerns for the attorney appointed to take over another's practice.  Review and discussion sample clauses and forms for planning documents.
